Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
